Clinical Supervision for Therapists
I offer online and in-person individual and group supervision and consultation for therapists who want a thoughtful, grounded space to support their clinical work and professional growth.
Alongside case discussion and guidance, I place strong emphasis on the self-of-the-therapist—how your own history and emotional patterns shape the way you work. I see supervision as a reflective process, where I hold you as you hold your clients. In working with cases I will bring perspectives from family therapy theories as well as schema therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
Supervision with me is both supportive and gently challenging. It is a space to reflect more deeply on your clients, your own responses, and the patterns that emerge in the room. Together, we can explore stuck places, expand your clinical thinking, and reflect on any isomorphic or self-of-the therapist aspects.
I work with student therapists completing a master’s practicum, therapists working toward registration, and registered therapists seeking ongoing consultation. Whether you are looking for regular supervision or occasional support around specific cases, I welcome you to reach out to discuss whether this would be a good fit.
